I'd be much more inclined to work out at home then get my lazy ass down the gym. My sister has moved out so her room is empty. Thinking I could turn it into a mini gym.

I agree with Marc, plus you may think you're more likely to use it at home but it'll end up just sitting there.

I'd deffo use it. I'm already going on epic bike rides and have started running.

My mate has converted his spare room into a wee mini gym, he uses it far more than he does the actual gym.

I did enjoy going to the gym when I had a gym buddy. But then he quit and I lost interest. I think I'd prefer to have my music on and work out at home.

I had that problem, a mate quit and left me without anyone to go to, you can't push yourself as far but i have started going more regularly on my own now

A barbell, dumbells, weights and a bench is all you need. Honestly, multi-gym's are pretty shit and no where near as effective as the compound exercises using a barbell.

my bench cost me £40 just a basic one but you can do flys with dumbells aslong as the bench is soild and the back can be adjusted its ok imo
