Might seem a silly question but, what are the things that people are putting on there back bumper, like the toys it looks like? I see like everybody has them and im curious.
If someone could spread some light and explain what they are all about etc that would be great.

I thought it was a JDM yo thing
Loads of cars at the last jap meeting had loads of lil toys hanging off of toeing eyes etc

It's all the rage with peados, couple of dangling toys on the bumper, drive past a primary and it's like when you hear the ice cream man.

i've seen loads of the jap boys with small toys etc on the rear bumper & a few dubbers do it too. As for mine its a bit of banter/piss take for the local dubbers & air cooled i used to hang with. Its a long story but they didn't really like the fact i drive a 'chav' corsa etc.
