They probably quote high to put off potential time wasters.
A lot of places do the same - I'm sure if you speak to them in person and have a chat you could get it cheaper.

Remember most places charge £30+vat for labour, which is where the savings come in if you do the work yourself or get a mate to do it.

The PVD kits are designed and made by an engine fitter who specialises in 2.0 Novas and Corsas. The engine mounts correctly locate the engine - others we've come across don't. The shafts come with a lifetime warranty - who else will match that? There's a lot included in the kit and it makes life easier for everyone. PVD have sold hundreds of these kits and the response is nothing but good comments.

No, it is. I've seen the be all and it's very similar.

£3500 inc engine and you think thats expensive? What litre corsa is it as to do a 2.0 ltr on a gen2 corsa 1.2 or 1.0ltr is expensive that price includes new coolant hose kit, new wheel bearings, new cam belt and rocker and powercap sprayed, driveshafts have a lifetime warenty and by having conversion done by a garage you have got comeback if anything goes wrong.

Ever thought that a high price might reflect the fact that the people doing the work are the best out there?? And they charge that much coz they do the job right first time and to the highest standards?? We abviously do somthing right or people like Max Power wouldn't come to us to have their conversions done.
