Was going to suggest betting but thats probably a bad idea if you have no money to start with and a bit desperate.
Kitten calendars sounds like a real money spinner Matt, nice one.
You might try a paper round?

Whats the two and a half method, never heard of it and nor has google.
Fact is that if you play enough you will always loose at a roulette wheel, no doubt about it.

You always bet on a colour, the same colour every time so the odds are nearly 50:50 (bar landing on 0/00) if you lose you times your bet by around 2.5 and then go again, once you get your colour you will be up again.
For example:
You bet £1 on red, red comes up and you win £1 so you've now got your £1 plus the £1 you've won (£2), you are up £1..
Say you bet £1 and lose.. you then bet £3 and lose, so you then bet £8.. And this time you win so win £8, meaning you get £16 including your bet.
£1 + £3 + £8 = £12.. You are up £4 over all..
Get it?

At a Gala by me they give you £5.00 credit when you go each time, my mate says him and his mate who he goes with both but it on the roulette one on black and one on red...then they are guaranteed to win £10.00 in real money back in which they then split...
Something along those lines anyway

I'd disagree there tbh. My mate has tried and tried with no luck. He'll do anything and has done anything in the past. Meat packing factory, putting lids on shampoo, the lot. The likes of labour ready and other labour agencies won't take on anyone new now and are just looking after the regulars with what little work they have. If you're fairly unskilled, you're hard pushed at the moment. IMO of course.
