On a serious note....are these groups still popular? Are they not just full of 50+ aged men?

I know my Dad got asked to join one a few times but never bothered, havent really heard much about them since.

My landlord is one. If anything ever goes wrong with the house we get someone turn up the next day and fix whatever it is

my ex ex girlfriends dad was one, they would do ladies nights and all this weird shit I never really witnessed. her dad was tall , bald and angry most of the time.
