How long you keep your cars?
I kept my first car 2 weeks short of a year, and had Corsa for 9 month...
Gonna be selling the Escort soon and I only had it for 3 month!

First car 9 months, brand new Corsa for 18 months before it was written off, current Golf for 9 months but considering chopping it in for a Astra VXR

had my first just over a year
second got sold coz it was shite and i never wanted it after about 6 months
3rd i had for about 4 1/2 years
4th one was 4 months and it was boring to drive

Escort stayed for about a year but only drove it about 10 times in that year.
The old Ibiza stayed 2 and a bit months and had this Ibiza 11 months. Will be looking for a new car hopefully after christmas but thats more out of need than choice

1st car 3 years coming onto 4 (till got it)
2nd car had it a year and it was rusted to shit didnt have the money to get the welding done so sold it for a bargin then the guy who bought i off me poped the engine lol

corsa about 2.5 years iirc ibiza so far 1.5 years. probably have it alot longer unless i come into some money  and i already hate the car.

First car I kept for 2years 6months, this one I've had since february and even though I don't really like it, intend to keep it until my 21st birthday next year in june when I intend on getting a bmw if funds allow

whats the deal with no claim bonus's? do you have to keep your car for the length of your insurance contract in order to get a year?

No, you the insurance applies to the person rather than the car it is attached to so even if you change the car you don't loose NCB.

I didn't last year. Some policies will probably have that as a clause though

Clio 182 - 9 months
Punto GT3 - A few weeks and counting  will probably sell this next year though

had my corsa for 4 years so far, and ive had my vectra for just over 1 year. thinking of selling the vectra soon for something else. corsa i have no plans of ever selling it.

been driving 3 years and gone through 9 cars...
None have been knocked damaged, crashed or crushed though
Just get bored quickly!
The corsa has probably been the longest i've owned a car (since november)

I look most days at a new car but only had 2 cars in 2.5 years (well i had a stop gap aswell whilst and engine rebuild)
