Some may remember I posted about my unfortunate knee injury (Knee AIDS) had another scan this morning, all is repairing quite well, still having the physio but I actually like the massages etc... A nice looking 30year old busty brunette rubbing my leg whilst I peep down her blouse at her puppies.
Still taking the cocodamol and high as a kite as the doctors given me these new capsule kind, get to the brain quicker.

I did it playing football in the middle of May, made a thread somewhere and a lot of people wishing me well, so I thought I'd update people incase they were worried
I had the first op in May and second one in June, fortnightly scans ever since to see if it's mending.

Anterior cruciate?
I've had 2 op's on it because there were complications with the restructuring of the damaged ligament.
Jules not quite but the ligament had not fully snapped.

Could be that. Twisted in football and knee cap popped out of place.

Snapped my cruciate ligament a few years back playing football. Went to A+E a few times but they said it was just a strain and that i should rest it. Happened numerous times with A+E saying i should rest it for longer. I eventually went to see a physio who after about 20seconds told me it was the cruciate, and that i had basically no cartalidge due to waring away at it for so long without treatment.
Only required the one op though (used a graft from my hamstring). It's fine now, played football on it a fair few times without any pain.
Good luck!

Yeah either hamstrong or fibres from your glutes (ass cheek), but luckily I've not needed either.

The very first time I did it a few years back (same knee but different ligament) I had to have all of my meniscus cartlidge stretched and the ligament rebuilt from whatever they rebuild them with.
I had to have a cast type thing on, not a proper pot but just to ensure I couldn't twist or bend it.
