My tooth cracked at the back about a year ago now and its starting to irritate me, can i get the whole tooth replaced with a gold one?

How much?

Its cracked in half and my root is pretty much on show so i dont think a crown is gna work.

I was quoted anywhere from £1500 to £3000 for a back tooth once. A gold one would be considerably more. I just got it removed for nowt

Was it a full replacement? Can you ask him for more details if possible?

£350 or £380, he cant remember exactly. And that was tooth extraction, and a gold tooth insertion.
