Yes, although i'd still think he/she/shim was a chav (dressed like that) even if he/she/shim was driving a merc, so i don't think the corsa has anything to do it with it

Yeah, racing people all the time looking a bit of a convict says Chav to me - although if you we're in Luton or Bradford, you'd probably blend in just fine....

First person i thought of was nic barnes, but i don't know if he's a chav.
The picture you painted certainly made me think of the typical chav.

However, nic is a little different in that he races people legally, and with a bit o' a mental corsa, that most chavs wouldn't have the know-how or the finances to build.

thanks for the thought.

hoodie is a good jumper as it was plain black. it can soak up oil and water when rolling around under a car and not look particularly dirty. much needed at drag days and stuff when things need fixed. baseball cap is needed as i have no sun visors. corsa, well thats just the car i drive.

the cap itself was worn at the correct angle that normal people would wear one at. just to clarify.

To be honest, so do I but the chav title has expanded from the original "Council Housed And Violent".
Its being used too freely these days, and by people who don't totally understand the term.
It seems to cover neds too. (Non educated delinquents).

I saw the most chavtastic image today on my way to work, two volvo police cars wedged into a renault scenic, with a young lad in a hoody and trackies stood nearby handcuffed, im sure they were only 14/15
