I quite enjoy Christmas We very rarely pay for any xmas present as the missus earns these points things all year round at work which she then converts into Debenhams vouchers (£550 worth = win) so every one gets something from the Debenhams christmas range

Works for a agriculture office, she calls farmers and asks if they would like to renew their accounts this year, a renewal = 0.5 points signing new customers up = 1 point. Collected together over say 6 months she ends up with 600 odd points, after the firm takes its 'administration' cut of 50 points she gets gift vouchers sent in the post

edit - she treats it as a Christmas bonus, she could trade them in for a new Ipod or something like that, but it means we dont have the usual financial black hole of Christmas
