Not condoning what he did, but would it not be possible that the driver may not have checked his mirrors, and went for the overtake himself?

just like the bike had no reason to overtake the car, they were still travelling at a reasonable speed(40mph+) for a single lane with traffic

Its not a leon!
Saw this the other day, the bikers more at fault, the car is hugging the line waiting to overtake, then when the road is clear and straight the driver pulls out. The biker is so close he's probably in a blind spot!

indicator will be on the bars ( outer camera view ) and it doesnt look to have any view of the indicator light on the video, with it being a fixed camera.
not saying he DID indicate just saying.
