Its that time of year again; where are you off to this year?
I'm going to Les Menuires around the 9th January to see my Sister - we're getting the Snow Train down this year, leave Friday night at 7pm from London, get to Moutiers around 7am the following morning for £39.50 pp each way Bargain
Then I'm going for a long weekend in Chamonix to a mates chalet in early March

Going to Tignes again. I'm going to a conference run by the Royal Society of Medicine and I'm giving a talk on hypodermic needle injection technologies
Think I'll get a bit of riding in during the day though

That's insanely cheap.
I'd love to be going this year, but people are getting married abroad so i've got to go to Cuba and South Africa. (It's a tough life)
Will be going boarding again as soon as I can sort my own holiday out

Is your Easter trip already sorted Tom? I'm trying to find a group to go some time round then as it'd be nice to be able to get out at least twice this season...

Cool, well so far it's just me. My friend who I want to go with has just bought a house, so he might be a little bit poor but I'll see if he's up for it still! Will talk when I'm about next which shouldn't be too long

Always wanted to go have a go in Scotland. I've seen pics of my friends there and it looks really good in some places (when the snow falls!).

Not even planned anything this year I'm usually all booked by the end of October but not done it this time round. i might hang on for a last minute thing if i get the urge.
I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

I've roadtripped down for the past two years; just fancied the train this year - The last bit from Moutiers up to the resorts on the winding snow covered road is awesome. However, you HAVE to carry snow chains in the car; if the Police pull you (snow or no snow) and find you don't have them they can impound your car which doesn't make for a good holiday.
Plenty of free parking in and around the resort all within walking distance of La Croisette (the main centre) - Whereabouts are you staying?
My sister works in the Skilt hotel but on the bar/terrace. Its the bar closest to the main lifts
