have cut out all the fun stuff (except booze.. gotta have booze) and im really craving steak bake, chips and a can on Monster Blue

that would make a great lunch but instead i have a tuna sandwich, minimal mayo and wholemeal bread
with a bottle of water

have managed this type of punishment for nearly 3weeks now

Iv just had a sausage and cheese sandwich which i have managed to avoid for a month or so, now feel sick though so regretting it and wont be having another one for a while.

Caffeine is fine in moderation. Can actually help before a work out.

ROFL @ tiny willy comments on roids thats one myth that will never go away. Due to supression of test production your nads may shrink. Its the leydig cells that shutdown and sometimes they only make up 10% of ball bag mass so in some people the shrinkage isnt that noticeable.

TBH if you do Roids and bleach your hair you will be DOLPH LUNDGREN..... fufill your destiny steve... you are a machine.

Some things are fine in moderation, but if you're really craving something then just eat shit loads of healthy stuff. It's not how much you eat it's what you eat (as I'm sure you'll know).

I've have differing combinations of Tuna sandwiches 2-3 times per week, cant get enough of the stuff.

Today I have my own special concoction of Tuna, Mayo, Cayenne Pepper, Chopped asorted Peppers and Onions with just a dash of salt, vinegar and black pepper!

IVe managed to drop a lot of trunk fat by eating really clean and dropping the complex carbs at night. Dont have time to do Cardio at the moment but the simple changes in my diet have made a big difference.
