Plastic weld is the best way, filler or fibreglass just cracks

I never done it, or seen it done. Fairly sure its same as normal welding but with plastic, literally get bit plastic to size put in and weld onto bumper. Thats a guess though

if you do make sure its 100% right before you paint it, i didnt think the ridges would show up that much, but evidently they did. but i dnt mind, im happy with it
the car looks really tidy with the back done too (havent got any photos atm)

I used fibreglass on mine then a light skim of filler to finish.
Best bet is to drill a few hole in the ridge for the FG to push into and key the surface well.

Just make sure you fill wider than the recess. you need to overlap the filler onto the top and bottom past the recess.
When sanding don't sand it flat or you'll end up like the first pic. Also make sure you use a few guide coats.

okay mate ive got a 3m sanding block should i use that??
