Anyone had this recently?

Bit depressing, hard to get over the fact etc..

What can I do to get over it?

I don't feel right going out and getting leathered, it will make things worse.

Anyone else feel my pain at the moment?

Sorry to hear that mate, always harder this time of year as well.

Theres no quick fix to this, I know its cliched but you just have to give it time. Each person is different but in 6 months, a year, 2 years you probably wont care.

Not much help I know but after being in this situation too often for my liking and same with friends only healer we can think of is time

Yeah it does help bud. You should see my facebook status recently, people keep commenting how deep they are etc but its my way of venting i guess.

Yes and we are still made out to be the barstads when a lot of them are icemaidens which is far worse in terms of emotional trauma tbh.
