Thought as the gritters will be out soon it was time to get a good coat of dodo juice purple haze on for the winter. Topped off with dodo juice red mist for that little extra protection

Pictures are pretty crappy really but you can see the clarity of the paint work

Should help protect the paint work a bit

I find about 20 -25 minutes is fine, I tend to wait until when I wipe no smears remain. If it smears it's not dry yet...

Matty G: Yea I was going to go to a better location but roads are wet and would be dirty by the time I got there!

I know have a little idea involving standards though, so might try that out.

Dione: Not really matey, in my experience the paint beads for a few days with SRP but then starts clagging up when it gets dirty.

Rich H sells it on here, cleanyourcar.co.uk or ebay

The wax is around £30 - £35 and one tub will last you ages.

I'm still on my first tub a got it in July and have used about 1/8th of it and wax my car often.

If your car is black you will want the purple haze wax

Nope similar to polish but don't need to work it in. Buy a foam applicator as well.

LCR isn't it?

Thankyou Sir, it's my favourite bit too, just looks so mean.

I'd love to see what it looks like in a rear view mirror!

Mine looks a state from the track day and could do with an extra coat to be 100% sealed

Too cold and wet here though to get a chance to do it
