is it bad to do? I had like 3 beecham tablets at about 3pm, then 5pm had to have 2 more, then about 8pm I had a drink of lemsip thingy, then at about 10 I had half a big bottle of cobra beer, then at about midnight I had the liquid version of beechams all in one.
Most of them I took had 500mg in per serving and the pills said don't take more than 8 in 24 hours.
anyway...my chest hurts now...should i be concerned? im not having my stomach pumped, fuck that.

go to bed if you dont wake up in the morning you know something up..
on a serious note, yes you can overdose on parasetemole and yes it can well.. kill you if you took to much, best call up NHS direct if your worried

I don't think I had enough to kill me, but i certainly took more than reccommended. I drink regularly (every night usually), even had a drink tonight and on the back of the packs they all said dont use with alcohol because it can damage your liver. and now my chest hurts...(i know its not my liver but...), just wondered if anyone would be able to give any advice.

they all muck you up if taken with alcahole, if it gets any worse then call NHS direct and have a chat with them about it, other than that i'd just take it easy and dont drink on pills in the future

paracetamol kills you in a horrible unpleasent way and its not nice. but tbh i thinnk you should be ok. were they 500mg ones?

woops, the lemsip drink was 1000mg not 500...so I've had half a big nice bottle of beer which i now regret lol
and...4000mg of paracetamol in...under 12 hours, it says not to take more than 4000 in 24 hours.
I think I will be okay then...I hope lol

Anyway I woke up today, which is awesome. My throat kills when i move it at all, probably due to cold though, chest pains and my stomach feels like im gonna be sick. but rang the hospital and they said ill be ok. So, all's good in the hood. Plus my cold is going away now
