It didn't really work. It fell off half way around but fell pretty much on it's wheels.

Is anything on Top Gear real anymore? Lets be honest, even James May flying over an Airport and the police being called out to him etc.. Its all staged for TV purposes, but i'll still happily watch.

i dont believe clarkson did it but i do belive a stunt driver did it, why not, if it went all the way round then i wouldn't belive it. they did send a reliant robbin into space (well nearly) so that is quite easy.
anyway it worked in men in black so must be real

the tunnel had lights on one side all the way along, and i think it had hold point all the way along too.

im still waiting a paul j youtube video to explain how it was faked using matchbox cars and a bit of drain pipe and a blue background.

it is a different section of tunnel though and from some different camera shots the lights are on one side of the wall then on the other side again, hmm, maybe they used a different section for the roll, who's mate on here works at the top gear track, posted up all their old project cars and lorries a while ago

I don't see why it wouldn't be real, it's perfectly possible to do and the fact it didn't work out too well makes it even more realistic.
