Only picked it up last night, got this quick snap this morning before work though. Im well chuffed with it, so much nicer to drive than the '99 206 gti I have been driving and though I know its not going to be perfect, it has a lot more character. Ive always wanted an old golf so I just decided to go for it. I know I could put another 30k on it as well and it probably wouldnt even lose value, if anything they are going up. The bodywork on this one is near enough mint too, only issue I have is the bumper which you can see is sagging slightly having one of the brackets that holds it up snapped. Shouldnt be hard to sort though.

its very very dark blue with a black pearl. my old one got alot of attention on the road. enjoy, they're great cars

Was it reliable? Yeah this one is definitely black. I was looking for an oak green one but when this came up locally I just had to have it, really like it now though.

mine was fine, but the previous owner had it 8 years and had nearly everything was replaced! I wanted an oak green one but they are fucking rare and they carry more scene tax than any other colour. at least you got a big bumper model. dont worry about the car though, if its been cared for which by the sounds of it, yours has, it will be bullet proof

The woman I bought this off has had it 6 years and was really upset when I took it, if she got that attached im hoping I shouldnt have too much to hold against it.

Ive moved house twice since you last came up.

Its not particularly dirty, the pics were taken at about 8am though so were covered in condensation.
