i am going to be away both, got the schedule for the job i am going away offshore in holland on tomorrow, and it says job duration, approx 1month.....

Shops close on the 23rd and open up on the 2nd.

im in hassi messaoud (algeria) . on the rig for 3 weeks. arived on monday. like you say double day rate but its only me from my company so no back to back shifts.

as far as nightshifts go it's not too bad to be honest! Everyone will be drunk from night before and will have been out all day, so most will be hone by 10ish, just a case of last man standing and odd one who's had too much. Friday would be a great shift but I'm off, although hoping for some overtime so we can put another IRT out (van with lots of us on)
