Have had some time of work so haven't been on here since Tuesday last week but have been kept busy!

I went to the pictures on Wednesday night with the girlfriend to see 'The Ring', which was okay but when we left the cinema to go back to the carpark at the end of the night there was this LOVELY car parked up next to mine. I fell in love with it automatically! It was a Black Fiesta RS Turbo and it was mint. I noticed the 'for sale' sign in the window so had a look around it and couldn't find a fault. Reading through the description on the A4 piece of paper made me even more interested. 1 woman owner, full service history, 55,000miles (Not bad for an H-reg)! I took down the number straight away and rang her at 10am the next morning. That evening I went to have a closer look and a test drive and I was sold to it. The woman was about 40, there was no modifications at all, thing was prestine. The best bit about it all was she was asking for £2200 and I even managed to knock it down to £2k!

And guess what. It's mine now! Well sort of. I kinda bought it for the girlfriend on the understanding that it is still my car and she has to prove to me that she can drive it before I let her near it. It will then be our little run around and her car to drive whilst I'm at work. Still trying to sell the Corsa so if anyone interested let me know!

Trust me though this car is mint! Completely standard and looks lovely. Well it was completely standard. After looking around it on Thursday I came up with the money and took it home on the Friday morning. I then spent the rest of Friday getting a few things put on. Not got alot done but it's a start. Had the vital dump valve fitted, a full magnex exhaust system with 4" tailpipe, some Spax adjustable suspension and had the arches rolled ready for my 16" OZ Superturismos which are going on this Saturday!

It's pretty fast too, but to be honest as it is at the moment it doesn't feel as quick as my Corsa. Am well happy with it though, spent all of Sunday polishing it and its come up lovely!

Also, Saturday was my daughters 2nd birthday and we had a good day out then, took her to Godstone farm to see loads of animals and she loved it!

I want to keep this one pretty standard. On the outside anyway. Just got a 4" pipe, then gonna have some 16" OZ Superturismos and then just a seat Ibiza front splitter. Will probably sort out the badges too. Get rid of the shitty ones and get some nice shiny RS ones!

Engine wise, don't really want to do much either but like I said doesn't feel as quick as my Corsa yet so will do a few things to it like better intercooler and possibly a Hybrid T3 but then things lead to things and will probably go the full hog. Then I'll probably remember that the missus will be driving it and think again!

Mate of mine had one of those. Was around 200BHP. Very quick, BUT had turbo lag. So untill 3-4K it was just a normal 1.6

Just had a nice long phonecall and now the fiesta is not only getting 16's on Saturday but also a stage2 chip, apparently it pushes power upto 185bhp when mated with Cosworth injectors!

Trouble is nowadays a lot of them are rotten, around the filler cap etc, but if you have found a good one well done mate, sounds like you got a really good deal

Nope, hard luck! I've still got a Corsa at the moment, and even when it's sold don't think I'll go either so go fuck yourself!
