Probably 1-2 on a good day. I dont really eat fruit.

By I dont really eat fruit I mean I maybe have grapes once a year and thats it. About the only fruit I like

3-4 during work and at night i normally have veg with what am eating along with fruit juice so..

recommended is you eat in excess of say 150 fruit and veg a month.. mj eats 1

Pretty much 5 a day. My Dad always includes at least 2-3 veg with dinner. And I have a banana for work. And sometimes an apple in the evening. Plus fruit juice, yoghurts etc...

I take my multivitamin every day tho. I do eat veg though! just not much fruit.

Fruit, hardly ever. Half a dozen times per year, tops.

Have a lot of veg though. 2 or 3 every day pretty much.

i have loads. sprite is lemon AND lime. cherry bakewells count for one. i can go through loads of those banana sweets in a day. no sweat

they also use vegetable extracts in coke and whatnot. going through 5-6 litres of coke a day must be good for you
