mate got this for his nova piece of piss to fit and you get a fancy key with it aswell. you can get a cheaper version without the motors if you already have central locking.

I got a hawk remote central locking kit off ebay, my car didnt come with the motors so i had to get a kit with them included, got 4 but only needed 2, guess i could use one to pop the boot if i wanted, didnt take me long to fit and wasnt too hard, i did follow a tutorial on allcorsa though, i dont get this key stuff either? With mine i just got 2 remotes for opening the doors and that was it

Standard key doesn't have any buttons on it, so you'd normally have a fob. With this kit you get a key with buttons on it, you need to get the correct shaped blank on the key otherwise it wont fit into your locks.

i just bought one of these kits the other week http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2-REMOTE-CAR-ALARM-BOOT-RELEASE-REMOTE-CENTRAL-LOCKING-/370341214643?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item563a0e79b3 it works fine and has an alarm to which you can adjust the sensertivity on it,
if you havent got centrel locking at all like i didnt yo need this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2-X-2-Wire-DOOR-Lock-CENTRAL-LOCKING-Motor-Solenoid-/370385677385?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item563cb4ec49,or the 4 motors he sells for a four door,
i have these fitted in my 2 door corsa and it works really well, and it was quite easy to fit as it only took me one day
