couple of those are for sale, was a thread on passionford not so long ago. and tbh as ian says, its only grime, a nice detail and most of those will look pukka

why judge the owner? maybe he baught them all from some where with different defect and is using parts to put one or two of these cars back on road?

You might be able to get the outsides looking nice but I bet they'll be rusty as anything and the interior will most likely by covered in green fuzz.
