at the european kit car show today
walking back to the car, and watched as a bloke reversed at about 20mph into my grandparents mk5 golf in a shit heap nissan patrol, and then drive off
obviously this instigating mad green street esque running ready to kill someone, bloke stopped with jumped out and couldnt quite work out why he had 3 sweary blokes shouting at him, his works on broken romanian were
"i didnt know i hit it"
no course not mate, you fucking wanker, because i usally drive into stuff at 20mph and dont notice either, anyway, upon working out he inst insured, and then wanting to fight my dad about disagreeing which bit of the cracked front end he hand'nt damaged he was dragged away by his son

Had a similar experience recently, only a minor car park bump but someone in the car park blocked the other car in for us to stop them driving off.

Saw someone do this the other day, twat was on his phone too. I got the plate number and waited around for a bit to see if the owner came back to let them know. Didn't come back so left them a note under the windscreen. Bastards never called to say thanks, not sure I'd bother again
