dont see the difference it makes. Even before administration you were never really covered if you were insured by them. Dodgy as fuck.

As if. I've insured with them for 4 years or so and never had an issue. Had a good policy too. The website says existing customers are covered until renewal date so I have until July. Naff that is

Almost every single company has done this since the end of last year, there were always stories about Quinn's driving any car not really covering you though.

Used to be with quinn but changed in march. They were impossible to get rid of, even after cancelling the renewal they kept asking for money which I didnt owe.

Never had any problems with them myself. I was insured with them for 2 years but they were £200 out on the quotes for my 106 at my renewal so I had to go elsewhere. I've claimed twice and they've always been spot on. The driving any car allowance was a great bonus as well!

Few of my mates are with quinn, my mates covered to drive his parents R8 because of the TP extension, he's been pulled umpteen times and never had any issues.
Except police harrasment

Yes I have. A chap drove into the back of my Mums car when I was using it. I was covered under my Corsa policy to drive it. When it came to claiming and sorting it out, they were very helpful and offered a fantastic service. I can only speak as I find.

Thats because quinn were probably claiming off his insurance? i imagine it might be a different sstory if it was quinn themselves having to cough up?

i would love it if this was anything to do with me! . back in 2007 some pis**d up bloke walked out on a crossing when the light was green for me. i wasn't speeding and he stepped out from behind a tree (right next to the crossing) into the road when i was no more than 2 meters from the crossing. to cut a long storey short, the guy was trying to claim as i put him into a comer for 4 months, and turns out the badger was actually going to get a pay out! :O unsure if he has already though. maybe he has and it was quite substantial so caused them to go into administration . . . . doubt it though

edit: i was actually insured with Quinn by the way
