Swapped my Astra for this Nova last weekend. When I got it I lowered the back a bit to 60mm from 40mm, changed the wheels, fitted mud flaps and a Laguna splitter. It has a standard 1400 carb engine with a full stainless exhaust system.

Also got the Mrs to give it a good going over with T-Cut and polish as it was the usual faded red.

They will be getting changed at some point as the paint is in pretty bad condition, only reason I put them on was that the tyres on the original wheels were huge and 2 of them were bald

Rear arches need replaced so I am undecided whether to re-fit the SR vinyl when they have been done. A few people have said to take it off but I like it because it is actually an SR.

I could only wish that mine would look like that

yeah keep the vinyl just put a gsi front bumper on, oh and do the vynil gloss black same as the bumpers

Arches won't be getting replaced till later on in the year, when it is getting painted I may try out some gloss black GSi bumpers.

There is surface rust on them but they are still solid, will be getting cleaned down and treated. Car only went through an MOT 2 month's ago.
