probably better to zlet it or buy a 1.8 already done as spikedjack said. If you're going to spend all the money and hassle of doing a 1.8 you may as well go for the zlet? Zlet is a popular conversion now

Just get one that already has the engine fitted, easier and cheaper.

Harder on a pre-facelift too iirc? Thats if yours is a pre-facelift. Wouldnt bother tbh, sell it and buy a 1.8

Why not just buy a 1.8SRi? Would be cheaper in the long run, considering you'd have to declaire an engine conversion on the 1.4s insurance.

1.4 - 1.8 isnt so bad, they both run the same ECU so you can swap ecu's over or remap..
But as above better to just buy a 1.8.
Screw putting a ZLET in a 1.4/1.8 massive job! better off selling the 1.4 and getting a 1.0/1.2 and convert that as its easier.

a zlet into a corsa C isnt a massive job at all. the 1.4/1.8 is just a little harder to wire, however you can buy the diargams and mount kits off the shelf now.
and engine/box/bits you need to fit is around 2k with an FMIC/piping etc then you need a new exhaust and to fit it
if you have a bash yourself, 2.5-3k all in if you pay someone 3.5-4k all in
