What have people tried?

I picked up 4oz of Kangaroo at the weekend from a local butcher and had it on a BBQ, was spot on! tastes like a really tender sirloin steak! would recommend it

They also had Ostrich and Bison, think ill give them a blast in a few weeks!

not mine but you can see it looks tasty!

Tried all sorts - crocodile, kangeroo, ostrich, springbok, loads.

A place near me used to serve all these strange meats raw on a hot stone that used to cook them on the table so tried most of what they had.

Was a bit salty but not too bad, was more a proper meaty taste not really any fishy taste at all.

Kangaroo, ostrich, crocodile, shark, horse, caterpillers
I wouldn't say these were exotic but some people seem to frown on it - veal, rabbit, pigeon, squid, octopus, venison
