surely you could argue you don't need any form of driving license to drive one of those?

My borther in law was banned for 18months for drink driving

He wason an electric quad thing, it was his son's plus the dog was on it with him

You'd think the cops would laugh about it, but no, the toy was siezed and he was arrested, along with the dog,

My sister got a call to pick up the dog

As on of the comments say on the link, does this mean if a child is riding it, they can get done for no license, insurance and tax?

maybe he could be done for somethiing eg. what you could get done for being pissed on a bike, but not drink driving hes not in a motor car, it doesnt have an mot, it doesnt have a v5, its not a bloody motor vehicle

my cousin has a ben 10 one of these. he is 6.

do i need to stop him from using this outside, or should i call direct line and get him on my multicar policy?

Next time hes out, ring the police and say theres a boy driving a car up and down your road, he has no license, tax or insurance and the car diesnt even have a valid MOT and see what they say

He is in the wrong driving whilst steaming on the road, see if he was on the other side of the road and someone came along and had to swerve and crashed, he would be fucked.
