Fed up of them looking crap with the peeling lacquer and corrosion, I got my wheel guy to do them in shadow chrome. They only have one diamond cut left in them so ill get them redone a few months before i sell it. With this finish they will always look mint.
Pretty pleased with them as in most lights they still look polished/diamond cut

and one of it in my car park at night (on the phone so not very good quality)

I was going to attempt to run mine un-laquered!!

Might still get CSL's if im keeping the car any longer. Found a man who works in BMW parts that can get them new for 1100-ish!! Then polish mine diy & sell them.

I dunno!

Sand blasting doesn't work

Colin, I'm in same position as you. I might just get a set of aftermarket ones with new tyres and be done with it. Or, get them refurbished again.

I'm going to sell it after the Summer time anyway.

Another car i'd have scooped up CSL reps by now, however the handlings spot on on the M3 & I dont want to possibly ruin it with inferior wheels!!

Its always on the back of my mind what to do with those fucking wheels!!

I dont want to have them diamond cut & laquered as it just doesnt last, you boys down south are having problems & I live in Scotland so its just going to be worse!!

I planned to sell mine after the summer also, will have owned it for 18 months then, problem is I cant think of what to replace it with, without spending big!!
