Addicted to that fucking Blue Monster energy drink
i know its not good for me at all but i seem to NEED it daily. i could probably drink 2-3 cans a day but i limit myself to just 1

other than that my diet is good (beer not included )

dont do it, i used to drink a litre of orange lucozade a day, got the shakes if i never drunk one the lot..only have one now and then now though, just had one actually

My mate used to be addicted to the point that he would go for 3 or 4 days without sleeping, just drinking Monster to stay awake
