i think my fear of 2nd gear hence backing off was due to the rev limiter being changed from hard cut at 7200 to hard cut at 7850 and soft cut at 7750. i am afraid of high rpm when i cant see it on the rev counter.

i dont think its too much. its easy to drive if you are a man.

The speedo is like a bloody rev counter lol, its a hell of a lot of power for a FWD but thats where driving skills come into it.
