thats a bit of a shitter. i can live with it if it makes the third film a bit more accurate compared to the animated series. she didn't exactly play a great part, she was just mega fit. there's always google image search.

She's a terrible actress and giving her a bigger role in Transformers 2 was a major setback for the film.

They will do better without her.

How the hell could seeing it in full HD make any difference at all to the quality of the movie?

I swear people are starting to loose their common sense and just eat up everything labelled with "HD" as good.

The quality of the picture & sound can make the movie tbh.

Because it does...if a movie looks fantastic but has a weak storyline I still dont mind watching it as its pleasing to the eyes...

Its personal preference anyway I thought the story was fine.

Sure, not everyone will like the movie. But watching a film that's boring as fuck just because you think the visual quality is top notch is a joke to me.

Not saying that Revenge of the Fallen is boring as fuck, just stating that the visuals can in fact not save a movie, that has nothing else going for it.

The action in the second one was too quick and blurred. The storyline was weak. The film made very little sense.

Well tbh you should of said 'make any difference to the quality of the STORYLINE' because in reality if the movie looks and sounds good then it does make a difference.

Agreed, not in every case, but some films can look stunning and the storyline doesn't really matter.

But when the story is as weak as Transformers 2 it does matter. As despite what was going on with the action I was still left confused and disappointed. It had nothing on the first film.

If a film looks terrible it can make a difference, as it kills the realism. If it looks stunning it still has to be good to actually keep the viewer interested.

Avatar held high on the visuals for almost 30 minutes. Then the lame an predictive story shone through and the special effects did fuck all to keep me interested.

I guess we're back at the matter of personal preference. I personally will need more than aesthetics to keep me interested.
Fuck putting on a bluray of a pretty picture and just staring at the marvellous high resolution...
