I'd imagine that some of the men serving out there, on the other side of the Earth from their family, hoping that they are ok....Will take that wrong.

Depends on the force mate, for the raf, no neck tattoo's no forearms, hands etc. Cant be visible when in your number 1's. Also if you have tattoos that could be protrayed as offensive they can reject you.
