Sold a genuine Prada purse on ebay.

Buyer gets it and says that she had been to bond street shop and they say its fake and wants a refund.

I have asked for proof thats its fake (its not) and she has said no and is reporting me to ebay?

Surley she has to prove it not real?

my sister sold some Nailsets on ebay (Genuine make) as she runs her own beauty business and had too much stock so sold a few on ebay.

Someone said they where fake and wated a refund etc... (even though they where 100% genuine)


So sis just refuneded her as long as she returned the product but didnt refund the postage, told her to do one.
