Yeah it does, your bum just needs to toughen up to it.

Are you wearing padded shorts?

it'll be tomorrow when your legs start to hurt! As Matt says you need some proper cycling shorts that are padded.

If its causing you any pain in that area then you probably need your saddle adjusting. I couldn't ride my road bike without the saddle cutting in to my prostate and causing extreme pain until I adjusted it and now its fine.

No pain at all, more the restricted movements your balls have. Wasn't this reported as reducing sperm count? Is that true or was it a rumour? Maybe I should get one of the saddles where your balls dangle through a hole

I fucking hate cyclists up here, roads are dangerous enough as it is without coming round a blind bend and finding 3 of the fuckers riding next to each other blocking the whole road

We have a designated 120 mile cycle network in Milton Keynes. Works well too as it goes everywhere.

I'm about 7miles from work, considering getting a bike and seeing how I get on.

Takes me about 20mins in car, but 12 of those are spent getting out of town

not much at all, trying to get in to it to shift a bit of weight. Took me half hour to do 5 miles which is about 10mph average
