Thinking aloud, these need sorting out.
Some have no orgainser, or an organiser who is not active.
Some have active people who have no official title.
Could also do with ROs being in their region encouraging people to drum up interest for national stuff.
Thoughts.

Who is the one for the north west?
Think Mike B should be in for the regional organiser

I agree tbh. SC could do with two organizers as we usually have North of SC and South of SC meets with it being a massive region.
What ones in particular are problem regions?

I've not really looked in to it all to itemise it yet, lack of time really although I'm trying to get TVL a bit busier so that would be assistance in that regard.

Interesting that you should mention that, I was looking through the Projects forum before to see who might be up for showing and noticed a lot of Scottish members. I know it's a big place, but there are also a lot of people about.
And there have been events up there as well? Also was talking about heading up to SMC in July to see if it's worth taking CS there officially next year.

I think Rich H does a cracking job of organizing his SoSC meets, however I'm not sure if he'd have the time for yet another responsibility I don't know how he fits it all in as it is.

Cheers Dave - it has to be said others have said I should do it, but I wouldn't be able to put in any more time than I do atm - possibly even less if the 3rd tier of my business I'm just starting to work on takes off.
So I think I should probably be counted out tbh. I'l help, but not be the only one!
South Central does need splitting though tbh - it's too big. I know its been bought up before, but nothing ever came of it.

Think we're doing ok personally, few meets have come and gone in our region
We've yet to organize a south wales & west midlands meet though which I was thinking of putting forward to Tom but kept forgetting until now.

You're quite welcome mate I think two organizers would do the trick as they can each handle their own half of the region. I suppose what I'm saying is it works quite well how we do it at the moment as one region with two separate meets, and occasional combined ones

It would work better to have two organisers than to split the region.

Scotland region needs 2 organisers, when I organised the last RR day there was rakes of folk further up north that couldn't come as it's too far. They need their own organiser so they go do their own thing.
