looks more dramatic then it was, no real g-forces involved flip and slide was pretty smooth, apart from when he hits tyres, might have been a different story if it was wall though

The cars are fitted with wheel tethers. The A-Arms have cables running through them connecting to the suspension uprights and to a hardpoint on the chassis meaning that you'd have to be pretty unlucky to get hit by a wheel.
