noo it wernt off top gear it just inspired me in buyin 1 even more my bro was tryin to convince me in buyin 1 for my 16th birthday and i wanted to know if i could drive it as a first bike thing like you get me

I believe you have to remove reverse gear for some reason if you want one at 16. At least that's what we used to say at school when we had the same thoughts...

Why would any 16 year old want a reliant robin instead of a motorbike.

for god's sake just wait til you're 17 can you imagine rolling up to school in a reliant robin?
my mum had one on a bike license when I was very young, vaguely remember it and god did it struggle up hills

Maybe to get in a years practice before taking his test I personally thing it's a boss idea tbh. Wish i had of known about this when i was 16.
