Though I'd give this a go for T this year after the success of Hammer's last year.

What a PITA, took me all night to filter it, tastes good though.

Anything else interesting I can make in the next couple of days?

Whats the deal with Skittles Vodka? I've heard about putting really nasty cheap vodka through water filters (like britta filters) to make nice vodka but thats it

It's vodka with skittles in it.

Gives it enough of a taste to be able to drink without a mixer but still be mostly vodka.

I've read about filtering cheap stuff, better off just buying dear stuff, I'm not using a bottle of my grey goose to put skittles in though.

The filtering is just to take out the leftover bits from the skittles that don't disolve.

Basically, anything like that, watch out for the chilli one though, hot hot!

Oh, filtering, wtf? i never filtered mine, you just get a bit of white scum at the end of it, just shake it up before each drink, sorted.

They were nearly all dissolved after a day Dom, I started it last night, was just the shit left today.

Does pear drop or jelly baby need filtered or do they dissolve completely?

Even in the state I'll be in all weekend I'd think twice about drinking the stuff that's left over from the skittles before it was filtered.

i just put the skittles in a jug (only the orange / red / purple ones), added vodka, then just stirred it every 30mins, was gone in a few hours.

Just left them go to nothing.

Spent ages making this once. Looked amazing, smelt amazing, tasted shit! Way too strong, you still have to mix it... so kinda pointless really. Definitely not worth the effort.
