What's the best thing you have found?
a couple of years ago me and my mates used to go round the back of big shops on a retail park and have a look in all the bins, one day i was looking in PC worlds when i found a box covered up with black bags, opened it up and it had 5 brand new Palm PDA's in it  4 of them were the same and one was a bit better than the rest  sold them for about 70 quid each to one of those cash converter type shops
another time behind the same shops but this time in currys bins i found a chrome 4-slice toaster, chrome kettle, steam generator iron and ironing board to go with it, all boxed brand new! looked like one of the staff had stolen a load of stuff to come and pick up later, luckily i beat them to it
what finds have people had off here?

how? if its in the bin its rubbish, the police used to park up there and eat mcdonalds and never said anything to us

Whatever is in the bin belongs to the person whos bin it is. It is classed as stealing taking things from it and the law sees it as theft.

Once found a laptop in a skip. It worked too 
Also, when my old workplace shutdown, they chucked aload of PC's in the skip so I stripped them of the memory, hdds etc.

I found 20quid last week on the golf course.
Talking of golf courses.Some guy lost his car keys while on the course.Got back and there was a brand spanking new Nissan GT-R in the carpark.Put 2 and 2 together and got 5.Wasnt his car.If it was,i'd have been right back out theyr looking for them.

I found 34p and a hair clip under the back seat of the Corsa. Spent the money on some rizla and gave the hair clip to my neice.
It was a good day.
