its getting pretty hard not build eco friendly houses now, in the not too distant future, we will have to build houses that give out zero carbon and produce their own energy

Makes sense. As the technology gets more widely available and cheaper you'd be stupid not to use it - the long term benefits of being green are worth it.

it sounds like a bad thing for developers as its added a lot more work/labour on site to our houses, but in reality it makes a great selling point and the clients love it.

watch the first 5 mins, see the fancy computer generated plan, back to the footy, then catch the second half, good times, or I could just use pip and watch both at once
