As per title...

What time do you go to bed, after that how long is it before you go to sleep?

What time do you wake up? Do you have to use an alarm, or are you weird like me and just wake up (about 30 seconds before the alarm)

Yes, i'm fairly bored.

I go to sleep anything from 3am to 7am, get up from 12-2pm. I only set an alarm if I have to get up for something, but lately I do seem to get up before it.

I wake just before my alarm too, not all the time mind.

I try to go to bed around 1 - 1.30am and get up at 7.30. Or at least that's the plan now i'm single again.

When i was with my bird we would go around 11.30 and up at 7.20ish. She would set her alarms for like 6.45am and then arse around trying to get up. whereas i want to get up when the alarm goes off, job done and no wasted time. When she was off for the summer i'd get up at 7.30, get ready and leave around 8. What's the point in messing around... unless there's some funny business going on

I've not been sleeping too well though, seem to wake every morning around 5am and struggle to get back to sleep.

I'm generally alseep withing a few mins of getting into bed.

This. I have an alarm set for 7.15 but usually wake up a minute or two before it goes off.

If I have no Uni then sleep like 1-4 am then get up at 11-2pm. Although if I have Uni then sleep 10.30-12 get up at 7.30-8. I normally get before my alarm if I am in a routine. Although recently I need a alarm.

doesn't matter whether I go to bed at 10 or 12, I'm still knackered the next morning.

I'd say in general, I get in bed about 11, watch a bit of TV/surf the net and go to sleep about 12; during the week I'll get up at 7.15 which is too late really as work is 1hr away and I start at 8.30 - should be up by 7.

Weekends, I will do anything to avoid getting out of bed
