It means you have perverts near by.

Basically ACS took on a case against people who were supposedly downloading and sharing porn.

4chan didn't like it, killed the acs law website, and when they tried to put it back up online they accidentally posted a load of peoples details online, if the government considers it a breach of data protection then ACS face £500,000 fine.

I think if i was a Sky customer I would be strongly considering changing ISP's right now, especially if you make a habit of downloading film's/music/porn etc
