Bump stops on the dampers, trim the arch lips, bit more camber on the rear if you don't mind being scene.

What offset are they? Think mine were 45 offset and I had to trim the rear arches a little bit both the metal and the plastic.

Why is it people post threads on here, asking for advice for how to fit things, and all people reply with is "dont do it, it will look shit" basically, its not speedlines and GSi kit.

The lads asking for advice on how to get the 17's to not scrub FFS.

As said mate, find out the offset of the wheels, i had ET 45 17's on my corsa b and it was only lowered 40mm and it scrubbed, trim the arches and the nuts off the arch spats.

think some 17's can look good on b's

but 205/40 are a bit big i think 195/40 ore 185/35 would be easy'r to fit

I take it these also look waaaaay to be big then

As Andy said, the lad wants advice not opinions.

These are ET49 with 205 40 17 tyres. Arches were cut back and its lowered a fair bit. No rubbing at all

I agree with swissxe. Best bet is to get on the wheel whores website. They have conversion tables and recommended tyre size's for certain dimension wheels. Its a bible

personally i think they are too big but each to their own

as said best way to go would be arch trimming or rolling maybe raise your ride height slightly, and smaller tyres

the blue one above isnt too bad either but the black one looks like the wheels dont fit, strange though as they're the same
