Just go round and speak to them.

However if its during the day and not at night, unless its really loud you don't have any foot to stand on.

Chuck a peice of posined meat over the fence when they aren't looking, I done this before, they didn't expect it was me either, next day had the woman come round telling me that her dog has died.

i wouldn't harm an animal, love dogs, its just the annoying yapping that can go on for an hour before they decide to do anything.

have complained, got in contact with council, had community police people round, and all just useless, i do understand the situation from the other side
