i didn't read anything, just looked at the pics and immediately thought of the stratos.

love it, cars needs to be radically different looking every now and then

I like it, it's different and there are some interesting design points. What would be the point in it if it looked like something we are already familiar with, it would just a VAG then - safe design, good looking but nothing special that you'd remember 5 years from now.

I personally just think it looks too much like the old stratos, only with odd looking headlights. Il reserve proper judgement til its been rallied...

I dont disagree. The thing that I dont like is its intention. The 500 was a town car and the new one is essentially an updated bubble for pretty girls to float about in. The original stratos was a thoroughbred, and until ive seen the new one winning rallies il remain reserved.
