Hello i have just sold my corsa turbo and have been looking at a supra

i signed up to the owners club and spoke to a bloke who is selling his in private

its fully forged running 570bhp at 1.1 bar with a remap to 1.8bar it will so 750bhp

he wants £14,000 for it

its been resprayed and retrimmed in red with a cream interior (looks mint)

do you think its a good idea

I'm not sure why you'd want such a powerful car, but its your money and its up to you.

If it was me I would try and keep it under 10k and get something at does everything well.

Great, which is not relevant to the thread at all Aren't these easy to tune anyway? You can pick up a decent one for about half of that, why not throw the rest at it? AK will know what its like to live with a big power Supra!

to single turbo a supra properly will cost about £10,000 making it realiable to.

i want a powerful car before i get a house and have kids.

drunkenfool on here was selling his skyline running 600 i belive for £9k i think? £14k would be for a GTR running that kind of power

Absolutely love these, they still hold their value really really well... you're looking at 8/9k for an average 2nd hand manual tt...

Can't remember what magazine it was but apparently you can get better 1/4 times with the auto, I still rather have the manual though
