what would you spend it on?

has to be spent on a car you own. not spent buying another car etc.

I would probably go full respray.

Black Grill, VMR VB3 Wheels in Hyper Black, lowered suspension. That'd probably be all the money gone.

Sort the little annoying bits out on the bodywork, rebuild the engine, maybe treat it to a set of throttle bodies.

I'd buy a new car

But if it had to be spent on the Corsa, that £1300 Bilstein setup that was in TV last month and a nicely setup LET
